Ethical Works, LLC had the opportunity to renovate our commercial client Classic Collisions 40,000 sq ft facility. Heres what we did to help bring a new life to there business:

- Replaced over 1,000+ ceiling tiles

- Installed over 5,000 sq ft LVP flooring

- Renovate (4) restrooms

- Renovate (7) office spaces

- Renovate (2) break rooms

- Renovated (1) lobby area

- Painted the whole shop floor _ sqft

- Remodeled the parts & inspection bay 

- Painted ceiling grid

- Painted 10,000 sq ft of back office space

- Addressed (9) areas of leaks on roof

- Installed (8) bollards 

- Re-stucco (2) overhang columns

- Resurfaced front parking lot with new Asphalt 

- Painted new parking lot spaces & handicap lines with handicap signs installed

- Modified a wall to create a reception window

- Pressure washed front face of the building

- Replaced (7) metal doors

- Painted (18) office doors

- Painted (22) exterior shop doors

- Installed new vanities, sinks & countertops in all restrooms

- Built a custom reception desk

- Built custom IT closet 10'x8'

- Installed (15) vinyl window casing & trim 

- Installed new water heater
